Rising STEAM Institute (RSI) is a program dedicated to empowering female-identifying and gender expansive high school-aged students to pursue their passion for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics).

    The mentorship program connects students with experienced young female professionals in various fields. Through personalized guidance, and real world-exposure, mentees gain invaluable insights, develop critical skills and are inspired to pursue their passions in STEAM.

    Career Days offer an immersive experience where program members tour leading STEM companies and learn firsthand about various careers. Participants engage with industry professionals, and gain valuable insights into the skills required to succeed in diverse STEAM fields.

  • Innovation Lab

    The Innovation Lab allows members access to a cutting-edge facility where they can design, engineer, and build.  The lab provides a dynamic, collaborative environment that promotes innovation and hands-on experimentation.
